Luján de Cuyo, the land of Malbec, is located 19km from the City of Mendoza and not only stands out for its pure winemaking terms, but also for its variety of landscapes and its innumerable touristic offers that make it an increasingly chosen destination.

The land of Malbec invites you to enjoy its wineries, guided tours, horseback riding through vineyards, excellent gastronomy with different flavors and textures and, endless adventure tourism activities in its rivers, dams, and mountains.

It is one of the most important regions in the Circuitof the Greatest Wineries and Wines. Situated in the upper Mendoza valley, where the river is half-way through its journey from the Andes mountains to the eastern plains, many Lujan de Cuyo vineyards sit at altitudes of around 1000m (3280 ft).

Malbec in particular is successful in Lujan de Cuyo, but the appellation also produces good Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Torrontes. Today it is impossible to walk through these lands without tasting some of its characteristic wines. Here Argentina's best Malbecs are produced in quaint historic wineries and modern boutique wineries, which invite to visit!
