Foodie News: Gioia Botánica
This month's issue chosen restaurant is Gioia Botánica, a magical space in the spectacular Park Hyatt Buenos Aires Hotel. The hotel is located on Alvear Avenue 1661, in the emblematic neighborhood of Recoleta.
The restaurant concept is veggie, which means its whole menu is plant-based. Accessed from the hotel hall, it occupies a contemporary lounge and enjoys its terrace, which is exceptionally cozy and with views of the surrounding gardens. The establishment was selected in 2023 by the renowned Michelin Guide of Buenos Aires – Mendoza as one of the 57 recommended restaurants in Argentina.
The menu offers various options, from pasta to more experimental dishes. On Tuesdays, you can enjoy Martes Botánicos (Botanical Tuesdays) at 7 PM, with the companion of a DJ set, free plant-based Tapeo, and free drinks with Bosque Craft Gin.
The restaurant is open 7 days a week. The Lunch is from 12:30 to 15:30, the Snacks are offered from 16:00 to 19:00, and the Dinner is from 19:30 to 23:30.
