With more than 18 years in the MICE business (Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events), Esther sold her 50% participation in her family company: Faus Incentives, where she, a graduated in Business Administration, was the VP in charge of many areas, like Sales, Administration & Finance and Corporate Representation.

With a vast professional experience of more than 20 years in the events industry and international fairs, Franz is a truly worldwide expert in all the processes related to the organization of events, being part of fairs, congresses and corporate meetings, as well as sports events (like golf and sailing).

Many practices can be used to reduce the impact of your event on the environment. We work with environmentally and sustainable supplier partners to help you reduce your carbon footprint in Argentina. We can help with select transportation and run no-idle rules for standing vehicles. We can use restaurants and venues that source authentic food locally and design our menus for vegans, vegetarians, gourmet kosher, or halal. We provide wonderful outdoor opportunities in tune with health and wellness to keep your attendees active. We offer colourful floral arrangements to local assisted living homes and hospitals to brighten their day.
Every month, we donate to the CUBA Foundation, helping families and kids to progress. We also help our community by providing donated leftover foods and organise CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs to help restore schools and hospitals, work with children at risk, and feed the homeless.
