Inauguration of a new navigation in Buenos Aires!
After many years, a new Sturla navigation route has been inaugurated, connecting the vibrant neighborhoods of Puerto Madero and La Boca. Last week, we had the pleasure of experiencing this journey firsthand.
Now, you can embark on a truly unique adventure, discovering the best panoramic views of Buenos Aires as you sail along the majestic Río de la Plata. This tour presents a historic opportunity: for the first time in many years, you can disembark at the new dock in La Boca, just steps away from the picturesque Caminito Street Museum, one of the most photographed locations in the world.
During the tour, you'll have the opportunity to admire both the green spaces of the Ecological Reserve and the towering skyscrapers and iconic buildings that line the coastline towards the south of the city. As you navigate the mouth of the Riachuelo River, you’ll pass under the historic Nicolás Avellaneda Transporter Bridge, a National Historic Monument and one of the last eight remaining transporter bridges in the world. Here, the industrial landscape blends with the vibrant colors and charm of the La Boca neighborhood.
The tour lasts approximately 40 minutes and offers a unique fusion of art, immigration history, passion for football, port activity, and diverse architectural styles. This activity is ideal for families and is perfect for complementing a city tour of downtown Buenos Aires. Don’t miss out on this new way to experience Buenos Aires!
