Details
We will travel by bus to Puerto Bajo las Sombras, which is located inside the Glaciers National Park. Here we will have the chance to stop and admire the beauty of the Patagonian landscape and then take the boat to navigate around the Perito Moreno Glacier; the navigation takes 1 hour.
Admire the glacier from its proximity and be able to appreciate the icebergs coming from the ice walls of the Perito Moreno Glacier having a different perspective of this ice mass.
If you are lucky, maybe you can even see some of the continuous collapses of the ice wall over the waters of Lake Rico. In front of the ice wall, you will have time to admire the glacier, take photos, and make videos to add to your memories of the trip.
After the navigation, lunch will be served at Nativos de la Patagonia restaurant with a wonderful view of the north arm of the Perito Moreno Glacier (optional).
You will then have free time to stroll through the walkways to see the glacier and the icefalls. Words cannot describe the feeling of purity and immensity of being in presence of this stunning glacier.
